SINCORE Plastic Dewatering Machine (Vertical Centrifugal Dryer) is essential auxiliary equipment installed after plastic friction washing tank in waste plastic recycling lines, specially designed for dewatering wet PP/PE film, woven bags, PET bottle flakes and plastic granules.
It works on high-speed centrifugal separation principle: the internal rotor rotates at 800–1200 RPM to generate strong centrifugal force, throwing plastic materials against perforated stainless steel screen. Surface water penetrates the screen and drains out, while semi-dry plastic is continuously lifted and discharged from top outlet. The residual moisture of output material can be controlled at 4%–6%, greatly lowering energy consumption of subsequent thermal drying and granulation process.
All material contact parts adopt 304 stainless steel, anti-rust and corrosion resistant for long-term contact with washing wastewater. The screen adopts special anti-blocking punching design, effectively avoid plastic film winding and blocking failure. Equipped with overload protection motor and independent water drainage channel, realize fully automatic continuous feeding and discharging without manual intervention.
This centrifugal dewatering machine can form complete turnkey recycling solution when matched with Powerful Granulator Crusher, Agglomerator Water Ring Granulation Line, washing tank and mixing dryer. Multiple capacity models from 300kg/h to 2000kg/h are optional, customized rotor and screen size available according to customer raw material characteristics.
