>Working Principle
The material is fed into the grinding chamber, and ground by high-speed rotating blades and fixed tooth plates blades. Under centrifugal force and airflow, qualified fine powder is screened out via the mesh sieve, while oversized particles circulate back for re-grinding until reaching the required fineness. The whole process features low temperature to prevent PVC material degradation.

It is specially designed for grinding rigid PVC materials, including leftover production materials, waste pipes, profiles etc. The finished PVC powder can be reused for extrusion, injection molding, wood-plastic composites and plastic modification, realizing resource recycling.
Q1: Can I adjust the fineness of finished PVC powder?
A: Yes, interchangeable screen meshes with different apertures are equipped. You can freely adjust powder mesh count according to subsequent extrusion and modification formula requirements.
