>Working Principle
The material is fed into the grinding chamber, and ground by high-speed rotating blades and fixed tooth plates blades. Under centrifugal force and airflow, qualified fine powder is screened out via the mesh sieve, while oversized particles circulate back for re-grinding until reaching the required fineness. The whole process features low temperature to prevent PVC material degradation.
>Applications
It is specially designed for grinding rigid PVC materials, including leftover production materials, waste pipes, profiles etc. The finished PVC powder can be reused for extrusion, injection molding, wood-plastic composites and plastic modification, realizing resource recycling.
