Hot&Cold Mixer
>Features:
This integrated unit combines high-speed hot mixer and cooling mixer for coordinated operation. Materials are first mixed, heated and dehumidified by frictional heat in the hot mixer, then transferred to the cooling mixer for low-speed stirring and temperature reduction to avoid thermal deterioration and achieve further homogenization.
>Application:
It is suitable for PVC resin powder, plastic pellets, recycled materials, master batches, fillers and stabilizers. Widely used for plastic profiles, pipes, sheets and modified granulation. The unit features high automation and stable performance for continuous production.

A: 1. High-speed hot mixer relies on friction heat from high-speed stirring to fully mix, heat and remove moisture from raw materials;
2. After hot mixing, materials are automatically transferred to the cold mixer for low-speed stirring and water cooling;
3. Cooling prevents high-temperature PVC material thermal degradation and caking, exhausts residual volatile gas, and achieves secondary homogenization to guarantee stable extrusion quality of finished pipes, boards and pellets.

A: 1. Double-sealed tank lids to avoid powder leakage; hot mixer cover opens pneumatically, cold mixer lid supports both pneumatic and manual opening;

3. Imported meters and electrical components realize full automatic cyclic mixing control; pulse dust removal device is standard to reduce workshop dust pollution;
