The second stage extruder carries out homogeneous melting, fine mesh filtration and stable pressure discharging. This work division reduces air bubbles, black specks and hollow strands, improves pellet uniformity. It is compatible with high moisture and heavily contaminated scrap and cuts raw material pre treatment expenses.
