• Applications:

  The soft tube/profile extrusion line is applied for TPU/TPE/PP/PE/PC/ABS/PVC precise size extrusion soft hoses or profiles.The finished  soft  hoses  and  profiles  are  widely  used  in  pharmacy,industrial  hoses,electronics  packing  etc.

Q1: Can this soft tube extrusion line process soft PVC and TPU raw materials at the same time?

A: Yes. The line supports both soft PVC and TPU formulation. We suggest matching different extruders for each material.

Q2: What tolerance of tube outer diameter can this extrusion line maintain continuously?

A: Stable OD tolerance within ±0.05mm under continuous running. An optional laser diameter measuring device is available to improve dimensional consistency.

Q3: Can this line make LPG flexible rubber-plastic hose?

A: It is suitable for producing flexible composite hose. You need to confirm formulation and add auxiliary weaving unit if reinforcement layer is required.
